What we collect

Only what you type into the lesson enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the student’s age, the instrument you are interested in, your availability, and anything you write in the message box.

What we do with it

It goes to Dr. Snyder so she can reply to you about lessons. That is the only use. There is no mailing list, and your details are not sold, rented or shared with anyone else.

The chat window

The chat window in the corner of the page is run for us by LeadConnector. If you open it and send a message, whatever you type and the contact details you give go to LeadConnector and then to Dr. Snyder, exactly as the enquiry form does.

To keep a conversation going across pages, the chat window stores a small amount of information in your browser. That is what a cookie is. It is used to remember your chat, not to follow you around the internet.

Text messages

The enquiry form has a box you can tick to agree to text messages. If you tick it, Dr. Snyder may text you at the number you gave about your enquiry, arranging a first lesson, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

Ticking the box is optional. The form works either way, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of enquiring or of taking lessons here.

We will not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

What we do not do

This site runs no analytics and carries no advertising pixels. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share anything you send us. The chat window is the only third party involved in this website at all.

Children

The enquiry form is intended for parents, guardians and adult students. We do not knowingly collect information submitted directly by a child. If you believe a child has sent us information, call 470-744-1574 and it will be deleted.

Your information, on request

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call 470-744-1574 or use the contact page and we will take care of it.
